The vines that makeup Clos du Moulin Aux Moines Bourgogne ‘Aux Seurrets’ bottling are located in a small parcel just outside the village of Pommard. Established in the 1970s and seated in clay-loam soils, the 2014 vintage is awash in brambly red berries, wild strawberries, damp earth, barnyard, and a pleasant top note of rancio. The frame is limber and tart, with tightly-wound acidity and fine, tea-stained tannins that give way to white pepper and a lick of crushed stone. 12.0% ABV | Sample
