Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc 2018 — April 27, 2019
Lime zest, white grapefruit, passionfruit, d’Anjou pear, and boxwood waft from the glass. Taught acidity on the palate gives this medium to full-bodied Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc a mouthwatering sensory arc, that finishes with a lively burst of crushed herbs and grapefruit pith. An excellent value. 13.0% ABV | Sample

Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc 2016 — August 22, 2018
The bottle may be worse for the wear, but the contents are quite enjoyable. The 2016 vintage is classic Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc—staw yellow in the glass with vivacious aromas of gooseberry, tropical fruit, grass clippings, lime-almost-lemon tones, and a pinch of stony minerality. In the mouth, it’s of moderate weight, ample acidity makes it feel less so. There is a nice burst of white grapefruit that trails off at a leisurely pace, revealing an underlayer of wet stone. 13.0% ABV | Sample
